EMDR

what is EMDR?

EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a therapy that helps people process and heal from distressing memories using guided eye movements, bilateral sounds, or bilateral tapping. This approach reduces the emotional charge of traumatic experiences, making them less troubling and helping individuals integrate these memories more healthily.
